The People Operations Coordinator plays a key part in ensuring our HR operations run effectively, serving as a reliable partner to colleagues and a bridge between People Operations and the Talent Acquisition team
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, ensuring timely and clear responses while escalating more complex matters to People Advisors where needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring data consistency and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the People Ops team in coordinating documentation, templates, and operational updates.
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for colleagues.
- Liaise with hiring managers, TA colleagues, and IT to ensure all onboarding steps are completed.
- Assist with exit processes, documentation, and system updates.
- Enter, maintain, and audit HRIS data with high accuracy.
- Support compliance-related updates, including templates, handbooks, and policy alignment across regions.
- Assist in preparing People Ops reports by gathering and organising data.
- Support the operational elements of performance review and compensation cycles by collecting information, tracking submissions, and coordinating reminders.
- Assist in preparing materials for People Advisors and Senior People Advisors during these cycles.
- Act as the operational link between People Operations and Talent Acquisition, ensuring candidate-to-employee processes (e.g., onboarding steps, system updates, documentation) run smoothly.
- Coordinate with TA to maintain accurate handovers and identify opportunities to tighten cross-functional processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose improvements to enhance automation, clarity, or colleague experience.
- Support People Ops projects and pilots by managing timelines, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to day-to-day problem solving.
- Strong Organization and Attention to detail: Maintains accurate records, manages multiple operational tasks, and ensures consistency across processes.
- Customer Service Orientation: Responds promptly and empathetically to employee queries, helping build trust and a positive colleague experience.
- Proactive Provel identification: Anticipates operational issues and seeks solutions early, contributing to smoother People Ops workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with People Advisors, Senior People Advisors, TA, and other functions to ensure operational alignment and seamless process delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Initial experience in administrative, HR, or operations roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, HR systems, and digital tools.
- Interest in developing a career in People Operations.
