Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support external device supply projects in preparation for the commercial launch of high-volume autoinjector products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, develop project charters, and manage end-to-end project plans including resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional and external stakeholders to support readiness for high-volume commercial supply of autoinjector devices.
• Drive projects related to SKU strategy, device specification compliance across manufacturing and logistics, and supplier readiness.
• Implement tooling maintenance, replacement strategies, and process improvements to support volume scale-up initiatives.
• Track and communicate project performance through dashboards, applying lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Proven project management experience within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with medical devices, including knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. MDR).
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
