Project Manager (Contract)

Contract: Contract Position
Our leading Multinational Tech client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to support large-scale operational and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive execution, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining clear communication and strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple projects and program initiatives.
- Define program goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met.
- Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and drive resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a central point of contact for program stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver clear status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Escalate risks and decisions appropriately to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, workflows, and best practices.
- Support change management efforts across teams and functions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program plans, dashboards, and documentation.
- Analyze program data to provide insights and inform decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal standards.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Support resource planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and invoice processing where required.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, reviews, and program events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced tech, operations, or global environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Organization & Prioritization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Tools & Technology: Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace or similar).
- Problem Solving: Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders or large-scale operational programs.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and operational metrics.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance program delivery and reporting.
