Vice President of Engineering

A Series A ecommerce tech company helping brands grow globally across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop, without the stress, chaos, or late-night fire drills 🌍

We are building an AI driven operating layer that takes care of listings, pricing, ads, logistics, compliance, and analytics, so brands can focus on growth, not complexity.

Founded by former Amazon and Rocket Internet leaders, backed by over $10m, and growing fast across Europe and the US, we are now scaling toward Series B 📈

Why this role exists:

Our platform is strong and customers are growing, but leadership capacity has not scaled at the same pace.

Our CTO built the platform from the ground up and is looking for a true partner, someone to own people leadership, execution, and delivery, not a replacement 🤝

What you will do:

● Lead and grow an engineering organization of 30 to 50 people

● Build an inclusive, high performance culture where people can do their best work

● Hire thoughtfully and fairly, developing talent at every level

● Make delivery predictable and sustainable

● Create space for learning, feedback, and improvement

● Coach managers and senior engineers

You do not need to code full time, but you should feel comfortable discussing architecture, systems, and trade offs 💻

We care far more about leadership ability and mindset than titles or perfect CVs 🌱

Tech environment:

● AWS cloud native and serverless

● Microservices and domain driven design

● Backend in Java, Quarkus, GraalVM

● Frontend in React and Typescript

● Infrastructure as code using CDK

You do not need experience with every tool listed.

Location and package:

● Luxembourg preferred, London or Madrid also possible 🌍

● Hybrid working
