Personal Brand Manager & Content Director (f/m) – 3F Venture

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy driving 30x growth in 12 months
• Write/ghost-write 6-7 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week
• Create and maintain rolling 8-week editorial calendar
• Conduct bi-weekly “content mining” sessions to extract stories from business operations
• Manage freelance writers when needed (within approved budget)

Earned Media & Podcast Strategy

• Build relationships with 75+ journalists and editors
• Pitch thought leadership articles based on real case studies
• Secure expert commentary opportunities
• Research and pitch business/tech podcasts
• Prepare talking points and coordinate appearances
• Repurpose content across platforms

–Tier 1: TechCrunch, Forbes, Financial Times, The Economist, Sifted

–Tier 2: EU–Startups, Tech.eu, Paperjam, Delano

Speaking & Analytics

• Research conferences and events across Central Europe
• Build relationships with event organisers
• Develop compelling speaker proposals
• Track performance and optimize based on data
• Monthly deep-dive analysis and quarterly strategic reviews
• A/B testing: formats, topics, timing
  
  

Requirements

7+ years in content strategy, brand building, journalism, or editorial roles

Proven track record: Scaled LinkedIn accounts from

Earned media success: Secured 30+ placements in quality publications through pitching

Self-sufficient operator: You don’t need hand-holding

Portfolio mandatory: Before/after metrics, published work, media placements

Skills

• World-class writing and editing in English (native or C2 level)
• Editorial judgment: instinctively recognise quality vs. mediocrity
• Relationship building with journalists, hosts, executives
• Project management: juggle multiple work streams
  
  

Cultural Competencies

• European business culture (DACH, Luxembourg, Benelux)
• B2B sophistication: write for experienced business
  
  

Ideal Background

• Business journalism or editorial leadership
• Managed personal brands for C-level executives or founders
