As a UX Designer, you will join an agile team working on one or more projects (depending on the timeframe).
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs through interviews, surveys, etc.
- Conduct analysis to understand user behaviors, expectations, and experiences
- Perform UX benchmarking
- Define customer journeys and personas
- Create desktop and mobile prototypes/wiframes
- Analyze and challenge existing projects. Identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead or actively participate in design workshops and discussions with developers, Product Owners, and business units (understand technical constraints and business needs, explore problems, and define solutions together)
- Analyze user journeys using Contentsquare and Piwik PRO (heatmaps, funnels, clickable areas, etc.)
- Ensure the digital accessibility of interfaces according to WCAG 2.1 / RGAA 4.1 standards.
Your profile:
- You have already worked on website and mobile application projects using Agile methodologies.
- You are organized, curious, and you grasp the product's objectives to create wireframes and prototypes.
- Your experience and ongoing research have given you a solid understanding of current UX/UI concepts and best practices.
- You can present and explain your work to the team and stakeholders during reviews.
- You are open to constructive criticism from clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Figma (using the design system, creating new components).
- Proficiency in Contentsquare (behavioral analysis, session replay, zoning, A/B testing).
- Knowledge of Piwik PRO (analytics, tag management).
- Good understanding of UX research, design thinking, and UI. Design
- In-depth knowledge of digital accessibility standards: RGAA and RAWEB
