Tangent International are urgently looking for a Co-Manager HRBP to work a 6 month extendable contract based in Netherlands
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Transformation & Change Management: Implement and manage large-scale organisational changes rolled out by the business, ensuring all activities are executed with procedural accuracy, compliance, and within established timeframes.
• Works Council Relations: Lead the in-country Works Council agenda, with a specific focus on negotiations regarding transformational activities and collective measures.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Safeguard the organisation by ensuring 100% compliance with all BeNeLux legislative requirements. This involves proactively analysing country-specific risks and developing mitigation plans in collaboration with Employment Legal teams and external counsel.
• Employee Relations (ER): Oversee and resolve complex employment relations matters, ensuring stakeholder notification and minimising business risk through expert application of local labour laws1,2.
• Collaborative Partnership: Act as a bridge between local leadership and global HR functions, providing detailed advice on policy and procedural nuances within a matrix environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Leadership roles, specifically within dynamic, global matrix organizations.
• Works Council Expertise: Proven track record of building positive relationships and successfully conducting negotiations with Works Councils.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for navigating this culturally diverse environment.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes, change management methodologies, and BeNeLux labour legislation.
