Kontron, a multinational technology company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales for Broadband. This role is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for Broadband solutions (optical access networks), leading sales activities across markets, and driving sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional/global sales strategy for the Broadband portfolio (PON, FTTH, FTTx).
  • Full responsibility for sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales organization, aligning local sales teams and representatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key projects, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to proactively adapt sales strategies.


Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (at least tree years) in sales or business development within the telecom industry.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language (German) is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
