🟢Your future role:

• Participate in consulting projects by preparing analyses, reports, and supporting materials for project managers.
• Gather and analyze data, turning complex information into actionable insights (e.g., market research, financial modeling, company performance analysis, competitor benchmarking).
• Collaborate with a team of consultants to identify issues and design solutions for clients.
• Structure complex problems and develop hypotheses to solve them.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and client presentations.
  
  

🟢What we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in business (economics, management, finance) or technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics). Fluent English and Slovenian language are needed for daily communication.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (business & data analysis).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
  

Advantageous (what will set you apart):

• Consulting exposure: Previous involvement in client-facing projects or advisory roles.
• Experience from international company
• Project management expertise: Skills or certification (Scrum, Agile etc.)
• Technical know-how: Familiarity with SQL or programming languages
• Experience in financial modeling, market research, or advanced data analysis.
