Role overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple agile delivery teams operating within a scaled agile setup. The role focuses on strengthening team delivery, embedding agile ways of working, and driving sustainable improvements across planning, execution, and collaboration.
You will act as a key enabler for agile teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, smooth delivery cycles, and continuous alignment with agile principles at both team and program level.
Your responsibilities
- Support one or two agile teams in achieving iteration and program objectives
- Improve team delivery through effective planning, estimation, and progress tracking
- Promote a strong agile culture and guide teams in applying agile principles pragmatically
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops to enhance transparency and flow
- Identify, address, and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies
- Shield teams from unnecessary external disruption
- Encourage collaboration across teams and with key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and actionable retrospectives
- Contribute to the evolution of agile practices within the wider organization
- At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience working in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe or equivalent)
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and related agile methods, but also in classic waterfall
- Familiarity with modern engineering and delivery practices (DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, cross-functional teams)
- Proven coaching and facilitation skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Recognized Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Zurich-based role with mandatory onsite presence at least 3 days per week
- Interviews will start in January
