European Blockchain Convention (EBC) is one of the most influential blockchain and digital asset events in Europe, connecting institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers since 2018.


We are looking for an over-achieving Marketing & Partnerships Specialist with excellent English skills to support audience growth and strategic partnerships across our events.


This is a high-impact role focused on distribution, reach, and relationships. You will work directly with leading communities, influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to grow attendance, visibility, and long-term brand equity for our events.


If you enjoy building relationships, opening new channels, and seeing direct results from your work, this role offers strong ownership and visibility.


Key responsibilities:


  • Design and execute strategies for the acquisition of influencers
  • Identify and secure partnerships with associations, communities or media outlets
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote event partnerships
  • Explore new and emerging channels for audience growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure their satisfaction and engagement


Requirements:


  • BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, sales, business development or related
  • Hardworking individual who demonstrates commitment to achieving goals
  • Must be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking
  • Attention to detail and customer oriented person
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, marketing or finance
