Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clear project roadmaps, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external teams.
• Manage timelines and activities with external suppliers, acting as the single point of contact between vendors and internal departments.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Set up and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring:
• Deliverables are met according to the defined plan.
• The right resources are allocated for execution.
• Team productivity through strong leadership and efficient ways of working.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring solutions evolve to meet future needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within telecom, network deployments, digital development, or a related field.
• Experience in large-scale deployment projects, managing complex timelines and shifting priorities.
• Strong skills in reporting project progress and documentation.
• A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to adapt to dynamic IT projects in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
