In this role you will be accountable for platforms and projects in the WMA Corporate Institutional and Advisory Solutions Team. This is a hands-on technology role working in Wroclaw, PL. You will also work with broader team members distributed across US, Poland and India.

- Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analysing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

Your expertise
- Experience in the development of application pages using React, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS and other front end libraries
- Experience (mandatory) in integrating with REST APIs, SQL Databases
- Experience in designing websites with W3C standards using HTML4/5, CSS2/3 to for best cross-browser user experience
- Proficiency in Git is essential
- Comfortable with CLI (Command Line Interface)
- Basic knowledge of Node.js
- Experience with Python C#, Java, etc. will be a significant advantage
- The ability to configure CI pipelines
- Experience in UX design using tools such as Figma
- Expertise in Object Oriented Programming concepts to develop UI components that could be reused across the Web Application
- Experience (Preferred) developing applications in any cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Working knowledge of Agile development processes and tools
- Experience in working with complex applications with multiple stakeholders will be a plus
- Academic degree- is a must have
