Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field,
• Strong theoretical and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning,
• Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral) and RAG architectures,
• Advanced proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language,
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch,
• Solid knowledge of model deployment and monitoring processes (experience with MLOps is a plus),
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations,
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams,
• Highly responsible, with proven ability to manage crisis situations and high-pressure environments.

Job Description

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML-based solutions in line with the company’s product strategies,
• Developing LLM-based applications such as chatbots, knowledge management / know-how systems, and intelligent assistants,
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning models (model development, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring),
• Architecting AI solutions to be scalable, secure, and sustainable,
• Collaborating closely with Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless data and model integrations,
• Deploying and operating AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.),
• Optimizing model performance, cost, and operational efficiency,
• Ensuring compliance with security, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in AI projects,
• Keeping up with technology trends and proposing innovative approaches aligned with the AI ecosystem,
• Participating in technical evaluations with senior team members and providing technical mentorship when needed.
