QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from a related department,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in automotive sector,
- Good command of both spoken and written English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting the recruitment process from job posting step to the offer stage,
- Carrying out the recruitment process of both white & blue collar workers,
- Conducting interviews with candidates and carry out the whole process with managers & team leaders,
- Supporting the training and development activities,
- Planning and organizing HR social activities and events,
- Supporting other HR related duties and reporting as assigned.
The position is located in Çayırova.
