Senior Unity Developer

Hello, Game Enthusiasts!

We are looking for a Unity Developer to join the Cozmopol team. This role is critical due to the large project scope and requires strong experience in multiplayer systems, backend integrations, and advanced performance optimization for large-scale mobile projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize large-scale 3D mobile projects using Unity
• Design and implement multiplayer and social systems
• Integrate and maintain backend services and REST APIs
• Build complex, UI-heavy interactive systems
• Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize CPU, GPU, and memory usage
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics)
• Ensure long-term code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Unity & C#
• 4+ years of professional Unity experience
• Proven experience with multiplayer development (Photon, Fusion, Mirror, or similar)
• Strong experience with REST API integration and backend-driven flows
• Shipped mobile (iOS / Android) projects
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and Unity Profiler
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems
• Solid understanding of 3D pipelines and complex UI systems

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-assisted tools in game development workflows
• Experience researching, testing, or prototyping new AI tools or SDKs
