Senior Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to join a prestigious client in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established and highly regarded organization delivering landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
• Review, approve, and submit material submittals in compliance with building codes, regulations, and green building requirements
• Coordinate effectively between architectural and structural teams
• Manage communication with stakeholders to track updates and implement required changes
• Lead, manage, and support the project technical team
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction
• Review shop drawings prepared in-house and by subcontractors
• Coordinate engineering works among all subcontractors
• Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with the project technical plan
• Review IFC drawings and submit RFIs in coordination with project documentation
• Attend and contribute to technical meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Proven experience on high-rise projects (50+ floors) is preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and construction practices
