Nair Systems is currently looking for Service Design Lead for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Proven experience in service design, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy.

• Skilled in facilitation, co-creation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Expertise in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of service design systems and frameworks.

• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional service development.

• Experience conducting user research, service prototyping, and usability testing.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• 4–8 years of experience in service design or related fields.

• Experience leading complex, cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.

• Strong portfolio showcasing service design outcomes and impact.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design and orchestration of end-to-end service experiences, connecting digital, physical, and human touchpoints to deliver cohesive customer journeys.

• Conduct core service design activities such as journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprinting, and opportunity identification.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, customers, and frontline staff to uncover needs, validate concepts, and align on service priorities.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Operations, and Business Leads to ensure service designs meet both user and business objectives.

• Establish and contribute to service design systems, standards, and reusable frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across services.

• Translate customer research, operational data, and business insights into actionable improvements for services, processes, and experiences.

• Mentor and guide junior designers and service design practitioners, promoting a culture of service excellence and innovation.
