We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations and HR systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership.
You’ll be trusted to run with things, fix issues, and keep HR operations and systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForPre-Onboarding & Onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment processes including security clearances and documentation
Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts using approved templates
Manage onboarding coordination with IT, Finance, and business teams
Ensure new joiners are accurately set up in HR systems from day one
HR Systems & Data Ownership
Maintain accurate employee data across the employee lifecycle
Be the first point of contact for HR system issues
Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and see fixes through to completion
Test new features, support integrations with other platforms, and help roll out system improvements
Operational Support Across HR
Support engagement, L&D, and performance cycles from an operational perspective
Track timelines, prepare reports, and support communications
Pull data and insights from systems to support decision-making
Continuous Improvement
Spot gaps or inefficiencies in HR processes and propose improvements
Help document processes and create simple guides for employees and managers
Take initiative to improve how HR operations and systems work day to day

Experience & Skills
2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations role
Hands-on experience with HR Tools (Darwinbox or Team Tailor experience is a plus, not a must)
Comfortable working with Excel and HR data
Strong communication and coordination skills
