The Noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About Noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the Noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operational flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. As the most recent addition to the Noon ecosystem, Noon Food’s mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, putting control and success firmly back in the hands of retailers.


What You'll Do

Team Noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people around. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.


  • Execute end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining a recruitment database.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration by collecting necessary documentation and coordinating with the finance team.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and recruitment agencies.
  • Support training and development activities by coordinating logistics and maintaining training records.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR activities, performance, and compliance metrics for internal stakeholders.


What You'll Need

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on timely delivery.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
