About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader – Security to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, colleagues, and visitors at all times.
  • Coordinate daily security operations, including shift briefings, patrol schedules, and coverage for special events and VIP movements.
  • Deliver a high level of service to VIP and regular guests by maintaining visibility, professionalism, and discretion while ensuring their safety.
  • Act as the main point of contact for security-related enquiries, demonstrating strong knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Handle incidents, guest concerns, and emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate follow-up actions.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a security role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative purposes.
  • Experience using security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident reporting platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience.
  • A team player with strong leadership skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
