🔹 About the Role:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will support and enhance critical Newgen applications, ensuring seamless technical operations for our prestigious UAE-based banking client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide technical expertise to drive success.
Experience Required: 9+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for Newgen applications (OmniFlow, iBPS, OmniDocs, and more)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently for smooth operations
- Design and implement Newgen interfaces using Java or C#
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders for requirement refinement and production support
- Ensure effective communication with IT teams and vendors as needed
- Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, J2EE, MSSQL, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Docker, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Jenkins is a plus
- Knowledge of BPM products like Newgen OmniDocs, Process Manager, and tools like BAM
- Familiarity with design patterns (MVC, Singleton) and web services (SOAP, REST API)
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines
- Be part of a dynamic team supporting a top-tier UAE banking client
- Lead impactful projects and work on cutting-edge BPM/ECM technologies
