🧠 MH - Machine Learning Engineer – 1-Year Contract (with potential for long-term extensions)

What’s the Role About?

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and evolving a cutting-edge chatbot platform. This is a chance to work on impactful AI solutions that reach a global audience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of ML specialists to design, prototype, and deploy advanced algorithms. Your work will center around:

• Exploring and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to push boundaries in conversational systems
• Deciding when to leverage existing tools vs. crafting custom solutions, and turning prototypes into production-ready automation pipelines
• Fine-tuning models like GPT through continuous data analysis to improve performance
• Working closely with software engineers to integrate ML models into scalable, high-performing systems
• Contributing to every stage of model development—from brainstorming and experimentation to deployment
• Sharing insights and results with stakeholders, including business leaders
• Staying sharp on the latest AI trends and breakthroughs
• Collaborating on presentations, publications, and even patents for your innovations

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, especially in NLP
• Solid understanding of text classification, entity recognition, and embeddings
• Familiarity with LLMs and how they power conversational AI
• Strong Python skills, especially with FastAPI for building microservices
• Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with machine translation and multilingual chatbot systems
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its role in enhancing chatbot accuracy
