The Graphic Designer will be responsible for combining stunning design with cutting-edge digital technology. This role requires strong skills in graphic design, video editing, animation, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
An ideal candidate for this role should have a creative mindset, the ability to work across multiple mediums, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both visual design and digital content creation. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and maintain flexibility in handling shifting priorities.
Graphic Design
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, print materials, advertisements, social media, and branding.
- Create logos, icons, brochures, banners, infographics, and other design assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels and materials.
Video Editing & Animation
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
- Work with raw footage to create engaging visual narratives, including transitions, sound design, and color correction.
- Create 2D and 3D animations, including motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Produce motion graphics and animated explainer videos to enhance digital marketing strategies
UI/UX Design
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Ensure seamless user experience by optimizing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.
Motion Graphics
- Create dynamic motion graphics for a range of media, including websites, videos, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design innovative and engaging animations that support marketing and branding efforts
Collaborative Work & Communication
- Work closely with other communications, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives.
- Provide feedback and creative direction during the design review process.
Brand Consistency & Guidelines
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all design work.
- Adapt designs to suit different platforms and user contexts while keeping the brand’s voice intact.
Skills (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Experience with video editing, sound editing, and production software.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design for mobile and desktop.
- Ability to create high-quality motion graphics and animations from concept to final product.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, basic front-end design skills.
- Experience with 3D animation and modelling software.
- Understanding of user behavior, interface design, and usability principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io is a plus.

Minimum Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, animation, or a similar creative role.
Proven experience in working on a variety of design projects, including video, animation, UI/UX, and motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience with graphic design, video editing, animation, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferred certifications in UX Design Certification (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation).
- Preferred certifications in Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar credentials in relevant software.
