iOS Architect (multiple openings)
Job Duties
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance iOS applications.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for iOS development.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools into the iOS ecosystem.
- Optimize application architecture for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide iOS developers through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for iOS applications.
- Conduct system analysis to identify architectural improvements and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Shape the application's architecture, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Identify and implement architectural improvements to minimize third-party dependencies.
- Elevate system performance and security through architectural improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or a related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field plus 2 years of experience. Foreign degree equivalent based on education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
Experience to include two years with the following tools/technologies: Objective-C, Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Xcode Proficiency, Technical Writing, Unit Testing, Software design patterns & architecture, iOS memory management, iOS Frameworks & API’s, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
JOB LOCATION: Mobile Apps Enterprises LLC d/b/a Enhance IT, 1785 The Exchange SE, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339. Travel is not required but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.
