Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.


Responsibilities


  • Execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent across all levels and functions of the group.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans, and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Execute the HR operations processes, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency through the implementation of HRIS systems and automation tools.
  • Support with employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and surveys to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Support the identification of training and development needs across the group and partner with Talent Management and Training to design and deliver training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.
  • Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
  • Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
