Job Location: - Muscat, Oman
Experience: -10+ Years
The Technical Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end technical architecture of enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define end-to-end technical architecture and system blueprints
- Select appropriate technology stacks, tools, platforms, and cloud services
- Ensure architectures meet non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance)
- Establish and enforce technical standards and engineering best practices
- Provide technical governance through design and code reviews
- Manage technical debt and align the technical roadmap with business strategy
- Communicate architectural decisions to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Enterprise and solution architecture design
- Cloud platforms and modern technology stacks
- Non-functional architecture (security, performance, scalability)
- Technical governance and standards definition
- Stakeholder communication and technical leadership
- 10+ years of experience in technical architecture or senior engineering roles
- Proven experience defining enterprise-scale architectures
- Strong understanding of modern platforms and cloud services
- Ability to mentor engineering teams and guide architectural decisions
- TOGAF and/or COBIT certification (preferred)
