Project Manager

We’re looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager who knows how to turn ideas into well-structured, successfully delivered products and keep both clients and teams confident along the way. If you thrive in dynamic IT environments, enjoy bringing clarity to complex processes, and can balance people, deadlines, and strategy — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project planning: developing plans and monitoring their execution;
• Forecasting and risk analysis;
• Communication with clients and partners, managing expectations and reporting;
• Building and coordinating the team's workflow;
• Deadline and task completion timeline control;
• Tracking the workload and progress of team members;
• Creating and maintaining project documentation;
• Creating a positive communication atmosphere among all process participants.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project/product management;
• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies;
• Successful experience launching Mobile Apps and various CMS systems;
• Strong knowledge of management and communication tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence;
• Experience in backlog formation, clear task definition, and prioritization;
• Experience managing remote project teams of more than 5 people;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities;
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Empathy, ability to understand the team's dynamics, and provide constructive feedback;
• Desire for continuous development and proactive, results-oriented approach;
• Advanced (С1) English proficiency;
• BA & Technical background is a big plus.
