About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Growth Product Manager to join our team in India. You will be instrumental in a mission to lead our organic growth strategy by leveraging data, technical expertise, and a passion for product innovation and modern design principles.

Note: This position requires the candidate to be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Description:

• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.
• Drive product-led growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Analyze user behavior using quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover growth barriers and new opportunities.
• Design and execute experiments, including A/B tests and upsell/cross-sell tactics, to enhance key metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and customer success teams to align on product growth strategies.
• Own and track growth metrics, regularly report on progress, and communicate findings to stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of product development and management experience in B2C sectors (Food & Beverage, e-commerce, travel, CRM, and Loyalty).
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, System Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Demonstrated skill in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, User Requirement Documents (URD), and contributing to the creation of System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Expertise in project planning, definition, requirements analysis, design, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities across all business levels and industries.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, commitment, results-orientation, a diligent work ethic, and an eagerness to acquire new technologies and undertake challenges.
