Location: CRISIL Office (Western Suburbs – Saki Vihar ) Off Roll position
Role Overview - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The Scheduler will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, communication efficiency, and operational excellence within the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates via email, phone, or ATS.
- Send confirmation emails once interview dates and times are established.
- Reschedule interviews as required, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Track external candidates’ progress through pre-screening; follow up on pending applications.
- Maintain data accuracy across all scheduling tools and systems.
- Prepare and keep updated interview schedules and related data.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth communication at all times.
- Support the TA team in delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a high sense of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Prior minimum 1 year of corporate work experience is a must.
- Candidate should preferably be based in Western Suburbs, with minimal travel involved.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile and adaptable, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
