Responsibilities:


• Creating and maintaining roadmaps, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and working with change managers to support change and engagement plans; supporting the creation of business cases, project charters, and presentations.

• Schedule and facilitate recurring project governance meetings (internal and with vendor).

• Manage dependencies and joint roadmaps across other workstreams on the HA programme.

• Help manage the coordination of activities when piloting system integrations.

• Consolidating KPIs and success metrics.

• Liaising with cross functional stakeholders to ensure oversight of upcoming and ongoing product developments and delivery on time.

• Managing stakeholders.

Good to have healthcare and pharma related work experience.


Skills Needed :

  • Project Planning & Scoping – Defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Budget Estimation & Delivery Management – Managing costs and resources effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau for tracking and analytics.
  • Communication & Negotiation – Clear articulation and influencing stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Tackling complex challenges creatively.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Motivating teams, managing conflicts, and fostering partnerships.
  • Adaptability & Resilience – Handling change and uncertainty effectively

Note: Candidate should be flexible to travel for (25 to 30)% in a year.
