Job Summary :

As a Principal Associate - Planning & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning and analytical activities within the organization. With 1.0-12.0 years of experience, you will be expected to bring significant expertise and insights to improve business decision-making processes and optimize operational strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and analytics function, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the organization.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategic plans and initiatives that align with business goals.
• Implement tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline planning processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in planning and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in planning, forecasting, and analytics, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound business decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading projects and teams, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to planning and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional certifications in areas such as forecasting, data analytics, or project management are a plus.
