O(a) Analista de CloudOps Engineer Pleno será responsável por desenvolver e executar a estratégia de DevOps da organização, garantindo eficiência, segurança e escalabilidade dos sistemas. O candidato ideal terá experiência avançada com infraestrutura em nuvem, automação de processos e liderança técnica em ambientes complexos. Essa é uma posição 100% remota, reportando diretamente ao Head de desenvolvimento.

Responsabilidades:
- Definir e implementar estratégias de DevOps alinhadas com as metas de negócio.
- Garantir alta disponibilidade, segurança e escalabilidade dos sistemas.
- Desenvolver e gerenciar pipelines de CI/CD para otimizar a entrega de software.
- Definir e monitorar métricas de desempenho (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs) para melhoria contínua dos serviços.
- Atuar em conjunto a equipe de DevOps Plenos e SRE, promovendo seu desenvolvimento profissional e processo de Knowledge Transfer junto ao time.
- Trabalhar em colaboração com times de desenvolvimento e operações para impulsionar uma cultura DevOps.
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência como DevOps, com histórico de gerenciamento em ambientes de grande escala.
- Experiência avançada com automação de infraestrutura e pipelines CI/CD em larga escala.
- Proficiência em observabilidade e resiliência de sistemas complexos.
- Sólida experiência com containers, Kubernetes e arquitetura baseada em microserviços.
- Conhecimento aprofundado em computação em nuvem Oracle e AWS, desejável conhecimento em Azure e GCP e sólido conhecimento em ferramentas de infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Ansible).
- Forte capacidade de liderança e tomada de decisões estratégicas.
- Habilidade para influenciar a cultura organizacional e promover a adoção de práticas DevOps.
- Excelente gestão de crises e otimização de processos complexos.
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
- Monitoramento e Observabilidade: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Contêineres e Orquestração: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Infraestrutura como Código: Terraform, Ansible.
- Cloud: Oracle e AWS.
