Role: Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Skills Required:

We are searching for a senior software engineer with experience in a matrix structure, with proven expertise in full stack technologies and end to end software delivery

The successful candidate should have proficiency in Agile Mindset and Agile Ways of Working, good at stakeholder management and be able to communicate technical concepts in a simple manner. You will also be trusted with helping us select and implement new technologies in line with industry trends and your years of experience.

SECTION B:    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS    

1.        Translating UI/UX wireframes and visual designs to efficient frontend application UX

2.        Implement APIs based on frontend requirements.

3.        Delivery of software applications of high quality, on schedule, and within the agreed scope

4.        Manage requirements and scope as part of the agile process, where applicable

5.        Follow and improve software development processes, including agile processes Learning never stops

6.        Follow the engineering best practices and 12 engineering principles

7.        Assist recruitment of senior software engineers and software engineers

8.        Actively participate in all team meetings and discussions

9.        Engage the business stakeholders directly involved in the project and manage expectations

10.        Drive software solutions to complex requirements

11.        Work individually and in virtual teams

12.        Contribute to outcomes in a dynamic, customer focussed

13.        Optimising applications for maximum performance and scalability across various platforms and devices

14.        Mentoring associate engineers and helping them develop technical skills required.

15.        Work closely with the squads and external teams, including architecture, products, security and quality assurance
