An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, organised, and creative Product Design Assistant OR Junior Product Designer to join a world-leading summer lifestyle brand.


This hands-on role offers significant scope for creativity, working within a dynamic Product team and contributing to an iconic Australian brand. As part of the Design team, you’ll collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the Head of Product Creative to bring product ideas to life.


You’ll support ideation, product development, packaging design, and design administration across multiple collections. This role suits a junior designer with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment.



What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative and creative support to senior design leadership, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, design-led products.
  • Support the full design and development process from concept to production, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with packaging, graphics, presentations, image optimisation, and product specifications, maintaining a high standard of execution and attention to detail while working closely with Design, Production, and Sales teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities while working effectively under pressure
  • Research and track global design, colour, print, and product trends to inform seasonal concepts.
  • Maintain awareness of global competitors and key markets across Australia, Europe, and the USA.
  • Contribute ideas and inspiration that support innovation and differentiation.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, contribute positively to team culture, and demonstrate strong organisation, accountability, initiative, and clear communication while taking ownership of tasks.



What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree or 2+ years’ experience in Product or Graphic Design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong visualisation and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and quality-focused.
  • Proactive problem-solver, works well independently and in teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Open to feedback and confident sharing ideas.
  • Creative aesthetic aligned with lifestyle design.
