IT Project Manager - Mid Level

• Lead B2B & B2C eCommerce Transformation
• Oversee Key IT Initiatives Across Australia & New Zealand
• Partner with Vendors, Senior Stakeholders & Technical Leads

We’re seeking a mid level IT Project Manager to deliver a range of high-impact technology projects across eCommerce, application systems, infrastructure, and systems integration. You’ll manage complex delivery timelines, coordinate vendor and internal teams, and guide initiatives from scope through to business-as-usual handover.

You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving IT team, working closely with senior leadership to execute strategic programs - including a major eCommerce platform transformation.

What you’ll bring

Ideally, you will have:

• Delivery of B2B and B2C eCommerce projects
• Application systems project management and implementation
• Managing vendors, technical leads, and cross-functional business stakeholders
• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain timelines, and keep scope and budget on track
• Resilience and adaptability within a dynamic, evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational discipline
