Global Retail Brands is on an exciting international growth journey, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help bring our brands to life across Canada and the USA.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within our Store Development team, where you’ll lead store-in-store rollouts and retail projects for our growing international brands, including The Custom Chef and The Cook Shop.
This role is 5 days per week in our St Kilda Rd head office. As a highly collaborative, hands-on project role, being in the office is key to building strong relationships, moving quickly and delivering great outcomes together.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end retail rollout projects across international markets
- Managing timelines, budgets and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Working closely with internal teams, offshore partners and key customers
- Bringing brand visions to life while balancing local market needs
- Owning projects from concept through to opening — retail detail matters here!
What we’re looking for
- Proven project management experience, ideally within retail or store development
- Experience with multi-site or international rollouts (highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A detail-driven mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Someone adaptable, proactive and comfortable working across time zones
