As a Project Manager R&D, you will take on the responsible leadership of development projects across our international R&D locations.
With your positive mindset and inspiring leadership, you will foster a motivated, agile team that collaboratively develops innovative machines and modules from feasibility through to series production.
- You will lead, plan and manage projects methodically, professionally, and technically - always focusing on changing customer needs and achieving required quality, timeline, and cost control.
- You keep risks and opportunities in view to proactively mitigate them and make decisions that ensure project success.
- You will confidently lead negotiations with internal and external partners and shape collaboration in a constructive, goal-oriented manner.
- As a central interface in our matrix organization, you coordinate the flow of information between the project team, stakeholders including external suppliers and development partners.
- With your open and agile mindset, you drive innovation forward and promote a positive culture of error and feedback.
- You consistently apply the internal development Stage-Gate process and agile principles to ensure product quality, rapid adaptation to necessary customer needs and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Technical education with solid mechatronic understanding, ideally complemented by a project management qualification; experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills: You inspire, motivate, and lead interdisciplinary, international teams with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- High initiative, flexibility, proactivity, and assertiveness - you view challenges as opportunities and act responsibly.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written, enabling confident interaction at all levels.
- Structured and systematic working style with the ability to maintain oversight even in stressful situations.
- High social competence and empathy to foster a respectful and productive working environment.
