What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2-6 years of experience in frontend development.

✔️ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science

✔️ Bias for action - Fast-moving and execution-focused.

✔️ Experience with Next.js is a plus

✔️ Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus

We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.

✔️Build and maintain performant, scalable frontend features.

✔️Collaborate closely with our backend and design team to turn ideas into polished user experiences.

✔️Own frontend architecture decisions and contribute to technical direction.

About the interview process

1. Application Review

We'll review your application, in 48 hours you will hear back from us

2. Screening call (20min)

We want to learn about your motivations to join Spott, determine why you’d be a great fit, and answer any questions you may have for us

3. Technical screen (60min)

We talk through a typical frontend engineering problem we face at Spott to learn more about how you think as an engineer

4. Culture interview (60min)

We go in more detail on your past experiences, how you like to work, etc. to learn whether there’s a fit with our way of working and what we value
