About The Role

You have the opportunity to influence how data shapes our products and services for customers, while your extensive experience in data engineering ensures the seamless integration and optimization of data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines and architectures that power reliable, scalable insights.
• Craft efficient storage solutions and materialized views for lightning‑fast data access.
• Drive seamless data exchange by developing robust endpoints across systems.
• Elevate governance practices with improved glossaries, modeling standards, and data quality.
• Apply advanced data vault modeling to structure and secure enterprise information.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to transform requirements into optimized BI solutions.
• Deliver impactful reporting and dashboards using tools as Power BI and MS SSRS.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT projects or BI data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Azure services.
• Experience with Python in Databricks environments.
• Proficiency with BI and ETL tools such as Power BI, MS SSIS or MS SSRS.
• Strong collaboration skills with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Experience with DevOps principles and knowledge of multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C#, PowerShell) are a big plus.
• Native level of French or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the other national language) and fluent in English.
