Role: DevOps Engineer for Telecom OSS Plan & Build

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Join a high-performing telecom engineering team as a DevOps Engineer, where you will drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence across BSS/OSS systems. You will work on large-scale telecom platforms including billing, CRM, provisioning, and network management while enabling faster releases, high availability, and resilient operations. This role offers deep exposure to Kubernetes, cloud environments, automation frameworks, monitoring tools, and multi-vendor telecom ecosystems in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Domino applications and related microservices
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for Domino servers and integration components using tools like Ansible/Terraform.
• Automate Domino server tasks (replication, indexing, agent scheduling) for high availability.
• Implement alerting for replication failures, ACL anomalies, and privacy-related data breaches
• Implement audit trails, TLS encryption, and compliance checks for privacy-sensitive data (Personal, Traffic, Location).
• Develop scripts and utilities for data reconciliation, ACL cleanup, and automated privacy reporting
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations between Domino apps, OSS inventory systems, and logistics platforms.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have:

• HCL Domino 12 administration and design knowledge.
• Strong programming in Java, JavaScript, and LotusScript for automation and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Understanding of telecom OSS inventory principles and privacy compliance (GDPR, data classification)

Good to have:

• Exposure to TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, ODA).
• Experience with Elastic Stack for observability.
• Familiarity with barcode/RFID integration and mobile device workflows.
