Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates using our ATS System
  • Process candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processes
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with Core HR
  • Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Support job posting processes across multiple platforms and job boards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • HR Degree or Degree from a relevant discipline
  • Experience working in a Human Resource Department preferably in the recruitment division
  • Relevant knowledge of employment legislation
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
