Role and Key Responsibilities

As a Freelance Agile Coach, you will join our Agile Community and leverage your proven experience in Agile coaching, supported by a strong technical and development background. You will collaborate with other Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to guide distributed teams across Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy, with the goal of:

• Driving and improving Agile adoption to enable early delivery of working software and maximize business value.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting teams to enhance product quality and delivery performance.
• Promoting DevOps and Agile engineering practices through activities such as:
• Backlog Management: defining and decomposing Epics, Features, User Stories, and tasks.
• Planning and Estimation: improving predictability for releases and sprints.
• Agile Engineering Practices: TDD, BDD, automated testing.
• DevOps Transition: fostering collaboration between teams, automating processes, and reducing manual tasks for faster releases.
• Organizing Agile training sessions, workshops, and serious games.
• Delivering ad-hoc training based on team needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps, TDD, BDD, unit testing, and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Design Patterns.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Passionate about Agile and DevOps, with a continuous learning mindset.
