Data&BI Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on Data/BI Analyst with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and SAP Datasphere. This role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards, enabling data self-service for end-users, and providing frameworks that empower business teams to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, the role includes managing a small number of vendor resources for specialized tasks within a limited budget.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP SAC and EPM.
• Create frameworks and guidelines to enable data self-service for business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
• Manage a small team of vendor resources for specialized tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality and budget constraints.
• Provide training and support to end-users for self-service analytics capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  
  

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Data Analytics/BI.
• 3+ years’ experience with EPM, SAP SAC, and SAP Datasphere (or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
• Proven ability to design and implement BI solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
