We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team at Billo. You’ll be working closely with other Product Designer to craft experiences across our product, and if needed, mobile app. Your work will directly impact thousands of brands and creators who use our platform every day to create, manage, and scale their ad campaigns.

• Design the digital web platform (product). Occasionally, you may need to design mobile app (product) as well
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs that are intuitive and impactful
• Translate business goals and user needs into user-friendly interfaces that perform
• Collaborate with product, development, and acquisition teams to align user experience with business goals
• Contribute to and maintain the Billo design system for digital web platform (product)
• Apply and advocate for responsive design best practices
• Use insights from Hotjar, Mixpanel, and surveys, along with CRO best practices, to help validate design decisions
• Drive projects independently while regularly syncing with the other product designer to align on design direction and priorities

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to details across layout and UI components
• Proficiency in Figma and confident working within and contributing to design systems
• Strong UX thinking – you can make complex choices feel simple, organize scattered features into a clear flow and prioritize user needs
• Ability to apply branding and craft graphic design assets
• Analytical skills – ability to collect, interpret data, and make data-driven design decisions based on research findings
• A passion for learning and a desire to grow your design and research skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skills
• Ownership of your work and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset, with strong organization and reliability
• Bonus if you’ve worked on marketplace products or AI-powered tools
