We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive insight and strategy across our collections and recovery operations. You will be responsible for the data analysis, reporting, and insight generation that optimize repayment performance, improve customer outcomes, and enhance portfolio profitability.

Your Focus

  • Lead analytics for collections performance, portfolio segmentation, and recovery optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports for collections and risk teams.
  • Analyze delinquency, roll rates, repayment patterns, and behavior trends to identify actionable insights.
  • Partner with operations, risk, collection process analysts, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy and analytical capabilities.
  • Evaluate treatment strategies, collection campaigns, and A/B tests to measure performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives in collaboration with the Data Science team.
  • Ensure consistent data quality, governance, and documentation across data processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within financial services, fintech, or debt collections.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of collections KPIs and lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience handling large datasets and working in cloud-based data environments.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business actions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.

The salary range is €4,000 to €4,500 gross monthly. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
