Title: IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Duration: 12 months freelance contract (extension possible)
Job Type: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote
Skills Required:
- HTML, XML basis (schema, parsing with xpath, transformation with xslt), CSS
- Databases (MySQL or SQL Server, Oracle or Postgres SQL)
- Linux System (shell script, basic administration)
- Application server (Tomcat or JBOSS/WILDFLY)
- Network topology (TCP/IP, Load balancers, Proxy servers)
- PIWIK
- Microsoft Power BI
- Java
- Perl
- Monitoring, analysing system logs and root-cause detection
- Incident and Problem management on IT systems (ITIL) /applications
- Technical Support
- Experience in the testing and validating requirements of IT systems
- Experience in writing system specifications and in understanding technical documentations
- Project Management (PM2 or Prince2 or PMI)
- Experience in release management / setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines
- API Management (curl/Postman/Json)
- Experience on Cloud management
- Experience in Containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- System monitoring: CloudWatch
- System monitoring: Dynatrace
- Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ticketing service and documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA/Citnet/GitLab
- AWS Cloud and its services
- Elasticsearch
