As our Data Analyst, your analytical mindset and curiosity will help transform data into meaningful insights that drive growth across our brands, categories and digital channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital and Category teams to turn ecommerce, financial and market data into clear actions that strengthen our performance and support data‑driven decision making.
Your work will directly contribute to building a more insight‑driven marketing approach, ensuring our brand execution, online presence and commercial strategies are based on solid evidence.
Your role
You will analyze performance trends, build dashboards and combine internal and external data sources to support pricing, portfolio decisions and strategic planning. You act as the central point for marketing insights, enabling colleagues to translate data into smarter actions. Your structured way of working and proactive mindset ensure that insights are not only created but actually used.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze ecommerce, digital and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across brands, categories and countries
- Integrate data sources such as sales, market research and digital analytics to support portfolio, pricing and communication strategies
- Work closely with Brand, Category and Digital teams to translate insights into actionable plans
- Act as the key contact for Marketing Data and Intelligence and ensure decisions are fact based
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Data Analytics
- Two to four years of experience in marketing analytics, ecommerce insights or market intelligence
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Understanding of digital content management and online performance metrics
- Experience with online sales data, KPIs or CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and additional European languages are a plus
