Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join a development team, focusing on configuration and customization of technological solutions. This role is essential to ensure the evolution and adaptation of the platform to business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using Java and associated technologies.
- Implement integrations and functional improvements in existing systems.
- Ensure quality and performance of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical and functional alignment.
- Solid experience in Java SE and object-oriented development.
- Knowledge of GeoServer and Jboss for application integration and management.
- Experience with JSON, Web Services, and API integration.
- Skills in AngularJS and jQuery for front-end development.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and PostgreSQL for data management and integration.
- Familiarity with project management and version control tools: Jira, GitHub Projects.
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple technologies.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
- Location: Aveiro.
