In this role, you will report to Group Director of Communication & Marketing and will lead enthusiast colleagues, ready to shape the future of our Group industries.
Some of the most important activities, but not limited to:
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital, offline and event marketing.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Lead market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, product, and communication teams to support business goals.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and mentor a strong marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Define and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Supervise the creation of brand guidelines and monitor adherence internally and externally.
Develop and implement a comprehensive
marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Set clear goals and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
Integrated Marketing:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events) to maximize reach and engagement.
Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and advertising materials.
Market Insights:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable strategies for product positioning and market expansion.
Demand Generation:
Design and implement lead generation programs to support sales pipeline growth.
Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies using data-driven approaches
Operational Coordination:
Act as the central point of information and alignment for all Marketing & Communication department projects.
Track calendars, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with the schedule set by the Director.
Collaborate closely with each team member to facilitate efficient project implementation.
CSR and Sponsorships:
Support CSR initiatives and approved sponsorship projects, ensuring proper implementation and communication.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track performance indicators for projects and campaigns.
Prepare clear and concise reports for the Director.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing & communication (strategic and operational), with a strong focus on marketing of minimum 4 years.
Experience in complex industries such as infrastructure, energy, or telecommunications.
Excellent writing and editing skills in Romanian and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment.
